Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia
September 27, 2015

That's it.

Hey,

I was going to write you more about Medellín, Colombia this week.

Then, I read yet another article claiming that our emotions are terrible, useless, and the center of our problems.

I threw my hands into the air, then grabbed a notebook and started writing.

See, too many otherwise great voices have been piling on emotions of late, and it's time for it to stop.

Here is a rebuttal.

Read: Actually, Emotions are Awesome.

I'll have more on Medellín next week - rest assured it's still amazing, complex, and quickly rounding into one of my favorite cities on Earth.

Also, if you like following things on facebook, I'm finally getting the Ink and Feet page set up properly. I'll be posting pieces from the archives and who-knows-whats there going forward. Feel free to follow if you're so inclined!

I wish you a great week, filled up with the best sorts of emotions.

-Steven

p.s. The best thing I saw all week was this absolutely astounding video of a father-daughter beatbox battle at the dining room table. It'll make your jaw drop and bring a grin to your face for four minutes straight. Enjoy!
